Pinball Paul’s is your source for coin operated amusement repair in Northern Virginia.

We service pinball machines, jukeboxes, slot machines, arcade, video games, and vending equipment from the 1920’s to the 2000’s. We also recover pool tables. Paul Howlett, the owner, has been servicing all types of coin operated equipment since 1978 and specializes in residential service.

We come to you — in Prince William, Fairfax, Loudoun, Fauquier, and Stafford counties. Other localities may be served subject to availability. We have an excellent supply of spare parts and can service over 90% of machines on a single visit.

Our service rates are: $85.00 for the first half hour and $40.00 for each additional half hour, the service call fee is waived if you have a large job (multiple machines or reconditioning) based on being within 20 miles of Manassas, VA; parts additional. Most calls are scheduled the same week that you call. Some services such as video game monitor replacement and pool table recovering are charged on a flat rate fee. We also warranty the work performed for thirty days; if additional problems appear they are charged on an hourly basis with no service call fee for thirty days.

Simple circuit board repairs are done in the field, we also stock common replacement circuit boards for pinball machines (some of which are cheaper and better than the originals).

When you call please have the name or model number for the equipment and a description of the problem(s) that you are having. This will improve your chances of getting it fixed the first time. If you leave a voice mail, please speak slowly and clearly and repeat your phone numbers (the idiot that takes the messages doesn’t always get it right).
